Horadam Watercolours are made with high quality artists’ pigments and Kordofan gum arabic, with formulations developed for colour flow, re-solubility, permanence, and lightfastness. The paints readily rewet from the pan, supporting both spontaneous washes and controlled layering.
Hazel Soan’s selection provides a versatile palette suited to her vibrant wet-into-wet painting style and approach to creating striking contrasts between light and shadow. The colours support expressive washes, fluid colour mixing, tonal variation, and both subtle and strong contrasts across a wide range of subjects.
