Description
Speedball Professional Photopolymer Emulsion is a pre-sensitised, ready-to-use coating for preparing screens for screen printing. The pre-mixed, one-part formula requires no separate Diazo powder, liquid activator, or preparation water, allowing it to be poured directly into a scoop coater for quicker preparation and reduced mixing errors.
Designed for fine-detail imaging and photographic halftones, the emulsion provides excellent edge definition and uniform exposure on polyester screen fabrics. Its durable formulation resists breakdown from both water-soluble and solvent-based screen printing inks, making it suitable for a broad range of professional screen printing applications.
When stored correctly, Speedball Professional Photopolymer Emulsion has a shelf life of up to two years from the date of manufacture.
